How to prepare a research paper?

Paper Preparation Guidelines

• Papers should be prepared conforming to accepted standards of international journals.
• Papers written in English, M.S. Word and Times New Roman font, typed 1.5 lines spaced.
• Authors are asked to make the paper as concise as possible and to limit them to less than 10 pages (A4 Ms Word).

Basic outline of the paper

• Title, author names, institutional affiliation(s) of the author(s) and a footnote giving the name of authors for correspondence with e-mail.
• Abstract and keywords.
• Sections: Introduction, Objectives, Methodology, Proposed work, Results and discussion, Conclusion.
• References are in Vancouver format. Example : Meerasha MA, Ganesh M, Pandiyan K. Reconfigurable quantum photonic convolutional neural network layer utilizing photonic gate and teleportation mechanism. Optical and Quantum Electronics. 2022 Nov; 54(11):770.
• Include figure and table captions inside the main body of the paper. No need to include figures and tables inside the main body of the paper, instead provide figures in separate folder and tables in MS-excel file.
• Figures in a separate folder called figures in the format of .jpeg/.jpg, or .png Figures/Fig1.jpg, Fig2.jpg, etc or Figures/Fig1.png, Fig2.png, etc
• Tables should be in MS-Excel format.

• This journal reserves the right to make changes whether stylistic, grammatical, delete, rewrite sentences and paragraphs of the paper as deemed necessary.
• Authors are exclusively responsible for the statements and opinions advanced by them. All correspondence regarding research paper is to be done with an editor or chief editor by online enquiry or email or letter.

How to submit your manuscript?

• Submit Paper:Authors have to submit the paper through email to chiefeditor@spectrumjournals.com
• Paper Status Intimation: Authors know the Accepted/Rejected/Revision status by email.
• Copyright form submission: After acceptance, authors need to submit the filled copyright form and final version of the paper through email.
• Publication: Authors will get an email after the publication of your article. Authors can download soft copy of paper (PDF) immediately through website in publication archive page.
